Suponiendo que Noam Chomsky sea tan sumamente "defensor de
los humildes" que no se digne a leer nada escrito en español
he hecho la siguiente traducción que he distribuido por un
buen número de foros de habla inglesa, tanto estadounidenses
como británicos, y ahora no me cabe ninguna duda de que
acabará leyéndolo. Si no me responde es evidente que
significará que son totalmente ciertas sus afirmaciones, en
cuyo caso me cago en su puta madre.

Can anybody who knows Noam Chomsky, or anybody who knows how
to contact him, please let him read the content of this
message, so that he, if he would consider my request, will
write to me at the address angelberto@interbook.net or at
the address of Foro El Boleto foroboleto@interbook.net in
order to confirm if it's true that he has signed a letter
dated June 10th 2002 in which he makes the following
afirmations:

1st - In the month of September 75 Basque citizens were
arrested for political reasons in Spain and they have been
tortured.

2nd - The Spanish police systematically torture the
"political" persons under arrest.

3rd - The Spanish Government foments torture giving
guaranties of impunity to them who commit the tortures and
they also participate in the crime of torture.

4th - The Spanish judges do not insist in the fact that the
law has to be observed in that respect and they do
collaborate in the crimes and tortures covering them up.

5th - The Spanish law also supports the torture because it
allows the police to maintain incommunicated arrested
persons during their arrest and do not let them have access
to any legal assistance.

6th - The Spanish law allows the transferral of arrested
persons under supervision of hostile Courts.

7th - "Public silence" of the Spanish helps torture to
exist.

8th - Spanish democracy degenerated into a police state.

en was sent by a Basque nationalist called Pol Pot and if
I'm now pretending to contact Noam Chomsky it's because I
think that it is not possible that a guy who seems to be so
well-informed has published such a lot of affirmations which
falseness is so easily to state, and that's why I assume
that this letter actually never has been written by Noam
Chomsky but first of course I'll have to confirm this.

Ruego a cualquiera que conozca a Noam Chomsky, o que sepa
como hacerle llegar el contenido de este mensaje, que por
favor lo haga para que, si lo tiene a bien, me escriba a la
dirección angelberto@interbook.net o bien a la dirección del
Foro El Boleto foroboleto@interbook.net para confirmar si es
cierto que él ha firmado una carta fechada el día 10 de
junio de 2002 en la que hace las siguientes afirmaciones:

1º.- Que 75 ciudadanos vascos han sido arrestados por
razones políticas en España en el mes de septiembre y que
han sido torturados.

2º.- Que la Policía española tortura sistemáticamente a los
detenidos "políticos".

3º.- Que el Gobierno español fomenta las torturas
garantizando impunidad a los que las cometen y que también
participa en el crimen de la tortura.

4º.- Que los Jueces españoles no insisten en que se respete
la ley en este aspecto y que colaboran en los crímenes y
torturas encubriéndolos.

5º.- Que la legislación española también apoya la tortura
porque permite a la Policía que durante la detención los
detenidos estén incomunicados y no tengan acceso a
asesoramiento legal.

6º.- Que la legislación española permite el traslado de los
detenidos bajo la supervisión de Tribunales hostiles.

7º.- Que el "silencio público" de los españoles ayuda a que
exista la tortura.

8º.- Que la democracia española ha degenerado en un estado
policial.

La carta en cuestión se publicó en el Foro El Boleto

y fue enviada por un nacionalista vasco llamado Pol Pot, y
si ahora pretendo ponerme en contacto con Noam Chomsky es
porque me parece imposible que un señor supuestamente tan
bien informado haya publicado tal cantidad de afirmaciones
cuya falsedad es tan fácilmente constatable, por eso supongo
que en realidad se trata de una carta que jamás escribió
Noam Chomsky pero lógicamente necesito confirmarlo.
